3PE Coating
The 3PE coating system consists of the following components:
Fused Epoxy (FBE) Primer
Copolymer Adhesive Layer
Polyethylene Outer Layer
This structure offers excellent adhesion, moisture resistance, and mechanical protection.
Operating Temperature: 60°C–80°C (up to 85°C)
Coating Thickness: 1–5 mm
Applications: Underground pipelines, water supply, oil and gas transportation
Multi-layer PE and PP Coating Process
This coating process includes surface sandblasting, pipe heating, FBE spraying, adhesive coating, and polyolefin extrusion. This ensures strong adhesion, uniform thickness, and long-term corrosion resistance.
Steel Surface Treatment and Quality Control
Good surface treatment is fundamental to ensuring reliable anti-corrosion performance. Juming strictly controls every step:
Cleaning: Removal of oil, grease, and contaminants
Sandblasting: Removal of rust and achieving the required surface roughness
Pickling or other necessary treatments
All process parameters are strictly controlled to ensure the stability and durability of the coating on the anti-corrosion steel pipe.
